Results According to majority decision 395 (81.8%) of AINCs were classified Unlikely, 88 (18.2%) were Possible, and none were Probable. The relative proportion of Unlikely AINCs also rose over time. Total numbers and severity of RTNCs dropped in the short-term following transition to an ISO 151892012 QMS, but steadily rose thereafter. Conclusions Our data suggest auditing for conformity with ISO 151892012 standards may be effective in attaining accreditation, but may have diminishing returns in the long-term once the QMS is established, unless there is continual improvement in the audit process to promote better use of resources. © 2020 The Authors. We describe 4 cases of female patients, including a 6-year-old girl, experiencing this bilateral condition after birth. The nail anomaly shows an autosomal-dominant type of transmission that affects only female individuals. The subjects examined were from a family without marriages between blood relatives and without neuroectodermal hereditary diseases. The 4 patients had no bone alterations of the terminal phalanges of the fifth toe or alterations of the joints of the toes or hair. One patient had nail deformity associated with epilepsy; another patient, associated with an infection of an accessory nail. © 2020 by the American Academy of Dermatology, Inc. This data article provides quantitative data from the survey research on factors of competitiveness of container ports as perceived by shipping lines. The data was collected from around the world using an online questionnaire distributed through LinkedIn. The spatial dispersion of respondents corresponds approximately to the structure of global maritime container trade. The data provides full responses from 120 respondents. Each respondent assessed the importance of 20 predefined competitiveness factors on a scale of 1 (least important) to 10 (most important). For each respondent two additional characteristics are known, the location (continent) and the size of the company for which he/she works, measured by the number of employees. The data were used for a research article to determine the ranking of competitiveness factors for container ports entitled “Key factors of container port competitiveness A global shipping lines perspective” [1]. The data can be used for another research to uncover relationships between factors of competitiveness (through e.g. factor analysis, cluster analysis), both for the whole world and for groups by continents or the size of the company. © 2020 The Author(s).Skin cancer, including melanoma and non-melanoma (NMSC), represents the most common type of malignancy in the white population [1]. The incidence rate of melanoma is increasing worldwide, while the associated mortality remains stable. On the other hand, the incidence of NMSC varies widely [1,2]. Camilio and collaborators recently described the anticancer properties of LTX-315, a novel synthetic anticancer peptide, commercialized as Oncopore™ [3,4]. Despite various studies demonstrating the efficiency of LTX-315 therapy in inducing cancer cell death, the effects on cell cycle progression of this antitumoral peptide are poorly understood. In this research, we present data about the effect of LTX-315 on the cell cycle of two skin cancer cell lines epidermoid carcinoma cells (A431) and melanoma cells (A375); as well as on an immortalized normal keratinocyte cell line, HaCaT. ATR inhibitor 2 mouse Additionally, its cytotoxicity on the cells was determined by measuring the uptake of propidium iodide, in order to establish its relationship with cell cycle progression. The analysed data obtained by flow cytometry show different cell cycle distributions in non-tumoral and skin cancer-derived cell lines in response to LTX-315 treatment. Non-tumoral cells showed a sub-G1 peak, while for tumoral cells there was a shift in the G1peak without producing an obvious distant and distinct sub-G1 peak. This data is in accordance with a major decrease in cell viability in non-cancer cells. © 2020 The Authors.Cephalexin (CPX) is a β-lactam antibiotic widely used to treat bacterial infections in the respiratory tract, skin, bones, and ear; a situation that has contributed to its discharge into wastewater (mainly through excretion after ingestion) and its accumulation in water bodies. CPX presence on environmental compartments could interfere in the physiological functions of animals and humans due to the induction of mutagenic and carcinogenic effects. Different technologies have been evaluated to remove CPX from aqueous matrices. In this way, this work presents the main data regarding the use of the combination of hydrogen peroxide and simulated sunlight radiation in CPX removal. Effects of H2O2 initial concentration and solution pH were evaluated using a face-centered, central composite design and the response surface methodology. Optimized conditions, under the evaluated experimental range, were established. In addition, data about the total organic carbon and anions content in treated samples were collected. These data can be useful for the evaluation of the use of H2O2 and light radiation on organic pollutants removal, the comparison of the effectiveness of different technologies on CPX elimination, and as a starting point to carry out this type of process at pilot or real scale. © 2020 The Author(s).Sensor data generated by intelligent systems, such as autonomous robots, smart buildings and other systems based on artificial intelligence, represent valuable sources of knowledge in today’s data-driven society, since they contain information about the situations these systems face during their operation. These data are usually multivariate time series since modern technologies enable the simultaneous acquisition of multiple signals during long periods of time. In this paper we present a dataset containing sensor traces of six data acquisition campaigns performed by autonomous aquatic drones involved in water monitoring. A total of 5.6 h of navigation are available, with data coming from both lakes and rivers, and from different locations in Italy and Spain. The monitored variables concern both the internal state of the drone (e.g., battery voltage, GPS position and signals to propellers) and the state of the water (e.g., temperature, dissolved oxygen and electrical conductivity).
