Go to a Minecraft map site like Minecraftsix.com or Minecraftmaps.com on a computer.

2. To learn more about a map, click the map’s name.

3. Click the Download button after you have found the map you desire.

4. Unzip the downloaded file.

5. Right-click on the map folder and choose Copy. Make sure the folder you copy has multiple folders that have names like “”DIM1″” or “”DIM-1.” Dhaka’s Blog

6. In the Minecraft Launcher, click the menu and select Launch Options.

7. To confirm, enable “Advanced Settings” and then click OK.

8. Click + Create New.

9. Toggle the “”Game directory”” switch to activate it.

10. To open the Minecraft game folder click the green arrow.

11. Double-click the saves folder.

12. Copy the map folder that you copied earlier into the saves folder by pressing Control + V on the PC or Command + V on the Mac.

13. To play the new map, start Minecraft Launcher, tap the menu, then select Launch Options. Select “”Advanced settings”” If you haven’t done so already and then tap + Add New to select and add your new map’s folder. Once it’s added, the map will appear in the Singleplayer menu with the other maps that you have.
